A New York City native originally aspiring to be a fine artist, Paul studied graphic design and advertising at School of Visual Arts. Over the years, he has worked for notable organizations such as Kenneth Cole, MAC Cosmetics, Ralph Lauren, Windsor Fashions, Latina Magazine, Harper’s Bazaar, Playboy, Hearst Corp., Time Inc., and New York Post among others. He is an expert communicator, and is perpetually immersed in the current trends of lifestyle, beauty, fashion, music, design, art and pop culture. He is very experienced working directly with high-profile celebrity and influencer talent. Paul is also a skilled photographer, having shot numerous campaigns, editorials, and portraits. He is a strong wordsmith, able to develop compelling creative copy, scripts, presentations, etc. 

Paul has a track record of improving efficiencies and productivity, increasing sales and performance, and most importantly, elevating the customer experience in meaningful ways. Additionally, he understands the importance of a solid brand strategy, and is able to remain focused on the big picture objectives, while delivering outstanding creative across all touchpoints.

Nurturing practices of empowerment and open collaboration, paired with standards of excellence, are the pillars of his leadership style. He has been managing creative teams both large and small for close to fifteen years, and is skilled at building strong collaborative relationships with other organization leaders, as well as external partners.
